Farawak Sharghi completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology at the Hochschule für angewandtes Management in Berlin.
Already during her studies, she gained extensive practical experience as a working student at a mid-sized personnel consultancy and was closely involved in the consultants’ work. Over the course of three years, she learned to identify and approach candidates in a targeted manner, conducted interviews, and, as her experience grew, took on responsibility for her own projects. Her professional focus was on the construction and real estate industry, through which she developed a well- founded understanding of the structures and requirements of this sector. She then wanted to get to know and serve other industries as well.
Since August 2026, Farawak has been part of the BT Research Team. Here, she contributes her previous experience from personnel consulting and provides additional impetus. She now applies her research and consulting expertise across a broad range of different industries.
