Jessica Butz completed her Bachelor’s degree in International Management and Business at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol in 2024.
Through internships, she has gained experience in various areas, including international business analysis.
During her studies, she completed an internship at a personnel consulting firm in Berlin, where she gained initial experience in the field of HR consulting.and coaching approaches and is well acquainted with the coaching process.
Jessica Butz has been part of the team at Below Tippmann & Compagnie as an intern since September 2024.
