Mareike Krause began her career with a training as a bank clerk at the Sparkasse in Unna, where she gained early, solid insights into the financial sector and customer service. She complemented this practical foundation with a degree in business and economics, graduating as a Diplom-Ökonomin at Ruhr University Bochum, as well as additional training as an insurance specialist. This combination of hands-on training and academic expertise has given her a deep understanding of economic, financial, and market-related issues.
Today, Mareike Krause draws on around 16 years of experience in specialized recruiting and in building, developing, and leading interdisciplinary teams. During this time, she has worked in both US- and UK-influenced consultancies as well as German family-owned companies and is therefore familiar with the challenges of complex global structures as well as the specific dynamics of owner-managed organizations.
She brings this expertise to her assignments, enabling her to strategically fill forward-looking, strategically relevant key positions in Germany with a strong fit for companies from Asia, Europe, and the United States.
Her consulting approach combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a clearly structured, results-driven executive search process and confident project management.
At the heart of her work is a consistent focus on people and on people within organizations, creating the basis for long-term partnerships.
Mareike Krause places great emphasis on understanding individual needs and cultural nuances in order to develop sustainable solutions that ensure long-term success for both companies and leaders.
This results in efficient, transparent, and effective solutions with measurable added value.
In addition, Mareike Krause is actively involved in initiatives aimed at advancing female leadership and supports companies in strategically strengthening diversity and leadership development.
