Natascha Brüggemann is a hotel manager and holds a degree in economics from the Free University of Berlin. During her studies and early career, she focused on transformation and optimisation projects at companies in the areas of market, processes and future strategies. With her diverse experience in industries and regions as well as in-depth knowledge of functions and positions in a wide range of organisations, she moved into HR consulting in 2002.
She has been a passionate consultant and leadership coach in all issues related to people at work for more than 20 years. In career counselling, she works with specialists and managers on their professional goals, develops the appropriate communication and marketing strategy with them and prepares them for interviews, presentations and assessments. In the onboarding process, she successfully accompanies her clients through the first months in their new position. As a leadership coach, she advises future and experienced managers on their professional development, in conflict situations and on leadership issues.
With her expertise, she supports decision-makers in companies as a sparring partner in shaping separation processes in a fair and appreciative manner. Her portfolio also includes training, facilitation of workshops, team events and team coaching.
Most recently, Natascha Brüggemann was responsible for Executive NewPlacement & Career Consulting at the Berlin office of Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH and also managed the Berlin office. In the founding team of the Kienbaum Female Desk, she also made a special effort to promote women in business.
Since April 2023, she has been supporting the team at Below Tippmann & Compagnie Personalberatung. With her comprehensive cross-sector network and her expertise from over 20 years, she takes over the area of NewPlacement, Career Consulting and Leadership Coaching.
