Shravani Mastakar grew up in India and moved to Germany before graduating from high school. Without having any roots here, she conquered the culture and language with great commitment and completed her high school graduation in Berlin. She then went to study at the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Schweinfurt and successfully completed her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on production and mechatronics and ergonomics. She enriched her technical studies with business topics through internships and worked in the human resources department of an automotive company in recruitment and personnel development.
This sparked her interest in Human Resources work she really liked working with people and after her studies she specifically went to an internationally active recruitment agency as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in 2022. In order to broaden her spectrum to include different industries and roles, she moved to BT &Cie in July 2023 and provides active support in research.
Shravani Mastakar speaks fluent German, English, Marathi, Hindi and a little Spanish and loves meeting new people from all walks of life.
