
Sofie Koss is a qualified assistant for marketing communications and a sociologist who specialises in organisational sociology in which she has a B.A. As part of her Master’s studies she obtained a dual degree at the Otto von Guericke University in international vocational education (M.Sc.) and in education (M.A.) at the Anglia Ruskin University (Cambridge / Chelmsford).
During her studies, Sofie Koss was concerned in particular with concepts for organisational and personnel development and for the management of international vocational training, with methods for operational, vocational training and with vocational further education. Parallel to her studies, she worked on a continuous basis at various companies in the personnel area, including at one of the largest publishing houses in Europe and at an internationally active online travel platform.
Sofie Koss has practical experience in the areas of talent management, active sourcing and personnel marketing. She has most recently carried out the demand analysis, conceptual work and planning for a modern personnel development campaign at an energy company.
Since 2015 Sofie Koss has been supporting the team of Below Tippmann & Compagnie Personalberatung GmbH as a researcher and project assistant. She is actively involved in work on recruitment and new placement projects and focuses primarily on information management tasks for candidates and customers.
