TOM FRIEDRICH

Tom Friedrich completed his bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Humboldt University in Berlin and is currently in his master’s program at the same institution. He has a special interest in industrial and organizational psychology with a focus on personnel selection, development and recruitment strategies.

His roots are in competitive handball, which he practiced parallel to his schooling at the “LeistungssportzentrumBerlin”. In order to fully concentrate on his academic education, he ended his competitive sports career when he began his studies. But in any case, he is still a team player. 

Before joining Below Tippmann & Compagnie, he was employed for several years as a student trainee in a psychologically-diagnostically oriented research institute. Therefore, he brings a lot of experience in project management as well as in the strategic and conceptual orientation of studies and the development of different personality factors to the table.

Since February 2023 Tom “plays” in the BT team and supports in diagnostics and the areas of executive search, recruitment and newplacement.
