Clooney is our newest member at BT. He still lives at home with his parents and is a very welcome guest in the office. Clooney still attends school and regularly participates in workshops. His sniffer nose easily finds hidden candidates or even a few cookie crumbs on the floor.

 

With a lot of “physical effort” he gives his best and brings a smile to the faces of his colleagues. Sometimes, when there is not enough movement, he invites his colleagues to a little game – everything is taken care of here, a real feel good manager! Otherwise, Clooney loves to relax or sleep. He is already employee of the year, a great career is predicted for him.

Originally from Hof in Bavaria, Rebecca Bauerle moved to Dresden to study: From 2020 to 2025, she completed her bachelor’s degree in International Business at HTW Dresden. In September 2025, she will refocus her academic interests and begin a bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at SRH Leipzig.


Her interest in responsible topics and practical work is a common thread throughout her career. As a working student in the Sustainability department at REHAU Automotive, she provided support in areas such as sustainability reporting and content research.


Previously, she gained international experience in marketing and crisis management (Romalter Execute, Bucharest) and during a remote internship at the Canadian human rights organization Human Rights Awareness, where she dealt with sustainability and human rights issues. She has been working as a research associate at BT & Cie. since February 2026.


Thanks to her time as an au pair in Los Angeles, USA, she combines an international perspective with confident communication skills in English; she also has French language skills from her school career.

Originally from Berlin, Alica Pfister moved to northern Germany to study Psychology at the University of Greifswald. After completing her studies, she returned to Berlin.

Her interest to work with people has been a consistent thread troughout her life. During her studies, she conducted neuropsychological assessments with study participants as part of a clinical research project. Today, she also provides academic support in the subjects German and English for a number of students at an Elementary School in Berlin.

Working at a recruitment agency is familiar ground to Alica Pfister. After graduating from high school, she completed a three-month internship at another consultancy operating nationwide in Germany. In 2020, she supported Below Tippmann & Compagnie for several months as a project assistant. Since April 2025, she has been back at BT&Cie. as a Research Associate.

After spending a year abroad in Seattle, USA she speaks fluent English and is also learning Spanish.

Dirk Schneemann studied business science in Berlin with a focus on France. After his studies he moved to Paris in 1987 as a Trade Attaché and in 1990 joined the French IT company, Bull S.A., where his work included responsibility for M&A projects in eastern Germany. In 1995 he moved to Berlin to work for the French oil company, Elf Aquitaine, and for a period of many years he worked in what later became the Total organisation in various executive positions – until 2011 as Director of Personnel, Purchasing and Real Estate. During this time he was involved in various associations and bodies, including the German North-East Chemicals Employers’ Association.

2012 Dirk Schneemann left Total and contributed his many years of experience in the areas of personnel, oil and Franco-German collaboration to work as a Business Consultant in varied German domestic and international projects and networks and, together with partners, he also founded the organisation, Euraccess GmbH, for the promotion of European business contacts in which he is Managing Partner.

As Senior Executive Advisor he is able to contribute his many years of operative experience in the Personnel sector to the cooperation with Below Tippmann & Compagnie.

Dirk Schneemann is Vice-President of the Franco-German Business Circle and Board Member of the European HR Directors Circle.

Carsten Feller has extensive and diverse experience at the interface of science, administration, and politics. As Chancellor, Ministerial Director, and most recently State Secretary in the Thuringian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Science and Digital Society, he was instrumental in setting the course for higher education and digital policy, as well as pioneering staffing decisions.

 

He combines strategic thinking and HR and organizational expertise with in depth knowledge of the higher education landscape, digital infrastructure, and administrative processes.

 

His consulting focuses on staffing issues, the strategic development of higher education institutions, transformation processes within public administration, and the digitalization of science and society.

 

Through his political and administrative leadership roles, he brings a deep understanding of complex decision making processes and the interaction with diverse stakeholders.

 

Since September 2025 Mr Feller has been supporting the team at Below Tippmann Compagnie Personalberatung GmbH as a senior advisor.

Shravani Mastakar grew up in India and moved to Germany before graduating from high school. Without having any roots here, she conquered the culture and language with great commitment and completed her high school graduation in Berlin. She then went to study at the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Schweinfurt and successfully completed her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on production and mechatronics and ergonomics.

 

She enriched her technical studies with business topics through internships and worked in the human resources department of an automotive company in recruitment and personnel development.

 

This sparked her interest in Human Resources work – she really liked working with people and after her studies she specifically went to an internationally active recruitment agency as a Talent Acquisition Consultant in 2022. In order to broaden her spectrum to include different industries and roles, she moved to BT &Cie in July 2023 and provides active support in research.

 

Shravani Mastakar speaks fluent German, English, Marathi, Hindi and a little Spanish & loves meeting new people from all walks of life.
