Charlotte completed a 2-month internship at BT in February 2017. After a short break, our paths crossed again in early 2020 and Charlotte joined us as a working student. Due to her very good performance, the employment relationship was extended, and she stayed with us until May 2021. She is back in her home city Munich, where she continues her psychology studies. We wish her the best!
Thilo started as an intern at BT in April 2014 and a permanent contract was given to him after a month. He accompanied the company as a successful research consultant until the end of December 2021. He returned to his hometown Osnabrück. The HR department of a company can be happy now with him as a workmate. We wish him all the best!
Berildja joined BT as an intern in September 2014. After a successful work with her, it was clear to the company that she had to stay. At the beginning of 2015, Berildja started her career and supported us in research and as an office and project manager. In July 2019, a new professional adventure awaits her in beautiful Cologne. We wish her success!
From a study course in the forests and mountains of the Harz to a job in the big city: Lea Brösdorf studied business psychology with a main emphasis on personnel and coaching at the Harz University of Applied Sciences. During this time she was able to gain both specialist knowledge of personnel selection and development and initial management experience in various study projects as a project manager.
She familiarized herself with both the coaching process and intervision in coaching sessions which she carried out autonomously.
In addition to her studies, Brösdorf was involved in project work in the equal opportunities office of the university where she designed training courses and managed information events. Previous to this, she worked on diverse projects in various departments and higher education institutions.
Since October 2021 Lea Brösdorf has been providing support to the BT team in the executive search, new placement and coaching areas.
Having grown up in the north of Germany, Joline Reimer headed to the south of the country after obtaining her school-leaving certificate. She studied business, specialising in marketing, at the Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences and gained initial industrial career experience in project and event management.
She then moved to Berlin where she became a trainee in online marketing, subsequently returning to the lively event business sector. She organised many different kinds of events, seminars and political conferences for a trade association and was additionally given care of the assistant duties for three expert advisers.
Since July 2020 she has been supporting the Managing Director and team of Below Tippmann & Compagnie in office management and in project work.
Organisational talent and hospitality are very important factor for her.
Sofie Koss is a qualified assistant for marketing communications and a sociologist who specialises in organisational sociology in which she has a B.A. As part of her Master’s studies she obtained a dual degree at the Otto von Guericke University in international vocational education (M.Sc.) and in education (M.A.) at the Anglia Ruskin University (Cambridge / Chelmsford).
During her studies, Sofie Koss was concerned in particular with concepts for organisational and personnel development and for the management of international vocational training, with methods for operational, vocational training and with vocational further education. Parallel to her studies, she worked on a continuous basis at various companies in the personnel area, including at one of the largest publishing houses in Europe and at an internationally active online travel platform.
Sofie Koss has practical experience in the areas of talent management, active sourcing and personnel marketing. She has most recently carried out the demand analysis, conceptual work and planning for a modern personnel development campaign at an energy company.
Since 2015 Sofie Koss has been supporting the team of Below Tippmann & Compagnie Personalberatung GmbH as a researcher and project assistant. She is actively involved in work on recruitment and new placement projects and focuses primarily on information management tasks for candidates and customers.
