Andreas Hein underwent a training as an industrial clerk and graduated in business (M.A.), majoring in HR management, from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin. Personnel issues are his main topic and have marked his education from the very beginning. In the final paper of his combined work/study training he set up an intranet page for employees on parental leave and in his Bachelor dissertation he investigated the effects of Industry 4.0 on training and further education in industrial companies. In his Master thesis he went into detail of the subject of managing people in organizations with insights into talent management, diversity management and change management. He concluded with work on the influence of digitalisation on occupational health management.
After an internship and two years as a working student in the Research department at Below Tippmann & Compagnie, he began permanent work after finishing his studies in September 2018 as a Researcher. Andreas Hein works both in Executive Search and in Newplacement projects. His work includes qualified market research for the generation of target company lists and telephone identification calls and initial contact as well as the entire recruitment management process. In addition, he supports the Administration department in project management work.
Andreas Hein speaks fluent English and has a mastery of the basics of both Spanish and Italian.
