ANDREAS HEIN

Andreas Hein is a qualified Industrial Management Assistant and holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Labour and Human Resources Management from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology (HTW Berlin). His areas of specialization include talent management, diversity management, change management, and the impact of digitalization on organizations and people.

Andreas Hein began his career at BT&Cie. in the Research department, where he learned the executive search profession from the ground up. Following several career advancements within the firm, he now serves as a Principal, managing executive search assignments with extensive consulting expertise, a high level of process reliability, and a strong commitment to quality. He advises clients across Germany on identifying, attracting, and securing executives as well as highly qualified specialists for key positions.

His consulting approach combines a deep understanding of organizations, markets, and decision-making structures with a keen appreciation for people. Andreas possesses comprehensive expertise in candidate, client, and stakeholder management and professionally supports search assignments throughout the entire executive search process—from defining the search strategy and approaching candidates to assessment and successful placement. He places particular emphasis on clear, transparent, and discreet communication. In his view, successful executive search is built on the combination of professional precision, trust, and a realistic understanding of people—on both the client and candidate sides.

His industry focus includes the municipal sector, particularly municipal utilities, energy and utility companies, and public-sector organizations. In addition, he has extensive experience managing search assignments for industrial companies, manufacturing businesses, and financial institutions.
