Lea joined BT in October 2021 as an intern and enriched us with her knowledge and supported the team in the areas of executive search, newplacement and coaching. As a working student, she was able to expand her skills in research and successfully complete projects. At the end of June 2022 she left the company to continue her studies in the Master. We wish her all the best!
Having grown up in the north of Germany, Joline Reimer headed to the south of the country after obtaining her school-leaving certificate. She studied business, specialising in marketing, at the Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences and gained initial industrial career experience in project and event management.
She then moved to Berlin where she became a trainee in online marketing, subsequently returning to the lively event business sector. She organised many different kinds of events, seminars and political conferences for a trade association and was additionally given care of the assistant duties for three expert advisers.
Since July 2020 she has been supporting the Managing Director and team of Below Tippmann & Compagnie in office management and in project work.
Organisational talent and hospitality are very important factor for her.
Julia Baumann comes from Austria and trained as a specialist in the hotel and tourism sector. The focus of her training was on tourism, the hotel business, management & marketing.
She gained initial business experience in the travel agency of the Hochzillertaler Bergbahnen mountain lift company as a contact person for guests. She then moved to the large tourist region of Alpbachtal lake country and provided support for over seven years as Front Desk Manager to both domestic and international guests and groups. She increasingly took on the additional management of marketing events und represented the region at trade fairs and events.
In September 2017 she exchanged the mountains for a clear view of the sea and moved to Berlin. She worked as Office Manager and Project Assistant in a consultancy company and since March 2019 she has been applying her organisational expertise and talent as a host to Below Tippmann & Compagnie.
As Office Manager and Project Assistant she provides administrative support to the managing directors and the team in their recruitment and Newplacement projects and ensures through her friendly manner that both guests and colleagues feel as if they are on holiday.

From trainee to consultant
Andreas Hein is a trained industrial clerk and business economist (M.A.) with a Master’s degree in Labour and Human Resources Management from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences. He specialises in talent management, diversity and change management and the impact of digitalisation.
After an internship at BT and two years as a working student in research, he joined us permanently as a research consultant in September 2018 and became a consultant two years later. He advises both our clients and candidates. In addition to his profound research craft, he is proficient in the entire applicant, candidate and client management and the professional 360-degree support of the mandates. Discretion and open and transparent communication are the cornerstones of a mandate for him – both towards candidates and clients. His industry focus is on manufacturing/industry, private and public utilities as well as transport/logistics. Andreas Hein is fluent in English and knows the basics of Spanish.

Anne Wieland underwent training in the international luxury hotel business and then studied business management at the Free University of Berlin. Directly during the time of her studies she worked as a working student in a renowned personnel consultancy where, after graduating, she carried out independent executive search project work, initially as a Consultant, later as Senior Consultant.
Her focus within this work was on the public sector, trade associations, private and public-sector utilities companies and media industries. In 2016 she changed personnel consultancies and expanded her industry expertise to include the health care and professional services sectors. Today Anne Wieland possesses 14 years of experience in the search and selection of specialists and executives – across many different industries
Since April 2019 Anne Wieland has been adding her strengths to the team of Below Tippmann & Compagnie Personalberatung GmbH as Senior Consultant. She recruits people for management and specialist positions in companies of all sizes.
Ulrich Misgeld is a qualified banker and business economist. In 1967 he started his apprentice training at Deutsche Bank, studied parallel to his work and worked, until he left the company in 1992, for Deutsche Bank in corporate banking, most recently as manager for Berlin and Brandenburg branch. In 1992 he became a member of the board of directors of the Berliner Volksbank.
At the beginning of 2000 Ulrich Misgeld left the banking world and was appointed as a member of the board for Finances, IT and HR at Selux AG, a leading company of the lighting industry with plants in Germany, France and the USA.
After 15 years in this position and various voluntary activities in industrial associations and the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) he went into planned retirement at the age of 65 in September 2015. Today he currently has Executive Board responsibilities in charities, he is chairman of the UnternehmensNetzwerk Motzener Straße e.V. and takes on supervisory board work. Since October 2015 he has been council member at the Below Tippmann&Compagnie Personalberatung GmbH. Mr Misgeld is an enthusiastic marathon runner and has successfully participated in almost 50 runs.
